Our trusted customer is looking for experienced carpenters for condo projects in Portsmouth, NH. We're seeking motivated individuals with experience in general carpentry, framing, sheet goods installation, punch list work, and general construction labor as needed. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a crew.
Responsibilities
General carpentry on residential condo projects
Framing and installation of sheet goods
Punch list and finishing tasks
Site cleanup and labor support as needed
Follow all safety applications and jobsite procedures
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Qualifications
Carpentry or construction experience preferred
Reliable transportation
OSHA 10 a plus
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$27/hr based on experience and skill level
