About the Role:
A highly respected mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator with 5 years of estimating experience. The company is known for its strong project pipeline, collaborative culture, and technical excellence across HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates for mid-size and large mechanical construction projects
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Prepare bid packages and assist with competitive proposals
• Work closely with preconstruction, project management, and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical estimating experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Proficient in estimating and takeoff software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Benefits

Compensation: $100,000- $170,000
