You will be caring for a small community of retired Sisters in a setting that values dignity, compassion, and relationship-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, person-centered care to retired Sisters
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Provide care with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  
  

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or HHA experience or certification required
• Dementia care experience is essential
• Experience in gerontology or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
