Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)

Position Summary
The Campus Administrator is responsible for the operational management and financial oversight of the Sisters of Mercy Dallas, PA Campus, including the Mercy Center Residence, the surrounding campus, and additional Sister residences in the local region. This leadership role requires close collaboration with staff, Sisters, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, financial accountability, and mission-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Provide visible, values-based leadership to the campus community.
- Oversee department heads and site staff, ensuring alignment with mission and values.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the campus, engaging with the wider community.
- Communicate and work with the Director of Health & Wellness, Director of Real Estate, and Human Resources.
- Build strong relationships with Sisters, staff, and external partners.
Financial Management
- Oversee campus operating and capital budgets.
- Ensure financial stability through accurate reporting and resource management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align spending with mission goals.
Labor & Staff Management
- Directly supervise the Facilities Manager, Food Services Manager, EVS, Admin Coordinator, Activities Director and Drivers.
- Direct responsibility for operational oversight of Nursing Staff
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
- Foster a supportive and team-oriented workplace culture.
Communication
- Maintain effective communication with Sisters, staff, and stakeholders.
- Share campus updates, emergency notices, and critical information.
- Serve as liaison for emerging issues, informing leadership as appropriate.
Facilities & Property Oversight
- Manage property and facility staff/vendors for safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee emergency preparedness, safety, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility and resident needs.
Other Areas
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives.
- Oversee training, safety compliance, and staff education.
- Manage fleet vehicles and other campus assets.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience facility management and crisis management.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven staff management experience.
- Willingness to embrace and respect the mission and traditions of the Sisters of Mercy.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 15 years of real estate/facilities experience (healthcare setting preferred).
- Prior experience in a healthcare or religious organization.
- Familiarity with Catholic traditions and structures.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use standard office/facilities equipment.
- Must be able to see, hear, and communicate clearly in English.
