Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and user guides
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
Work with developers, QA teams, SMEs, and stakeholders
Create business requirements, user stories, and process documentation (As-Is / To-Be)
Review, edit, and ensure quality of technical and business documents
Support project coordination, reporting, and documentation standards
Conduct research, interviews, and gather requirements

Must-Have Skills
3 years of technical/business writing experience
5 years as Business Analyst or similar role
Strong Experience With Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Business process modeling & re-engineering
Ability to write user stories & system requirements
Strong stakeholder communication & collaboration
Experience working with cross-functional IT teams
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Experience with status reports, briefings & documentation standards
Meeting facilitation & coordination skills
