We are looking for a Client Technologies Technician to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT systems. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware/software while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in desktop support / Tier 2 IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook
Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, TCP/IP)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment (shifts/holidays)
Preferred Skills
Experience with remote troubleshooting (phone support)
Knowledge of VPN and VoIP support
Experience with imaging tools for PC deployment
Hardware repair experience (RAM, hard drives, processors, etc.)
Experience in a criminal justice or government environment
Familiarity with 3270 emulation software
