Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and internal platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and data flows
Manage support tickets and document incident resolutions
Execute standard procedures and ensure high service quality

Required Qualifications
Proficiency Spanish
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Availability to work in a hybrid model is required.
Previous experience in Technical Support, Network Operations Center (NOC) or related roles is a plus
