Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and internal platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and data flows
- Manage support tickets and document incident resolutions
- Execute standard procedures and ensure high service quality
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain system reliability
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency Spanish
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model is required.
- Previous experience in Technical Support, Network Operations Center (NOC) or related roles is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
