Due to expansion, Lucent Surgical is seeking capable individuals to support our unique and innovative surgical services at local hospitals. In this position, our team of representatives provides a novel, acute pain service to orthopedic surgery patients. Your time would be shared between our local surgical accounts and our office. This is a relatively low-stress position that requires our employees to work in the field without direct supervision; training will be provided. We find having a background in hospitality and customer service is a benefit to the position. *This is NOT an IT position*
Patient Technical Support Representative Requirements:
*A confident and positive personality is a must as we routinely interact with doctors, nurses, and patients.
*Must be comfortable working without constant supervision and enjoy a changing work environment.
*Employees must have reliable transportation
Working alongside PACU nurses, anesthesiologists, and orthopedic surgeons, we are responsible for:
*The on-site administration of a small infusion device placed post-operatively for the management of pain
*Demonstrating to patients and their families its functions, use, and care
*Maintaining required paperwork and record-keeping
