With tooling selected and installed, you run the first-piece, verify dimensions with precision gauges, and record results before moving into steady production.

- Operate Accurpress, Dener, and Toyokoki press brakes to form sheet metal accurately and efficiently.
- Set up and remove tooling to meet part specifications and production goals.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify parts meet print and tolerance requirements.
- Inspect and measure parts and maintain quality records as required.
- Track part counts and label containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order details.
- Coordinate with your supervisor and teammates to clarify instructions and align activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Consistently meet quality and performance standards.
- Keep machines, tooling, and workstations clean and orderly each day.
- Equipment and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
- Material handling experience and a valid forklift license.
- Proven experience setting up machines for production runs.
- Solid shop math skills and blueprint reading fluency.
- Exposure to the PPAP process and documentation.
