This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technical Support Analyst located in Southfield, MI. The Junior Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering excellent customer support. The role requires interacting with customers in both Spanish and English, accurately identifying their issues, and providing timely solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
