Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Physical ability to lift and move components as needed..
- Crane experience is preferred but not required.
