Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
- Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal finish quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
- Previous experience in powder coating or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
