A highly respected national litigation firm with nearly 40 years of success is expanding its New York team and seeking a Senior Associate Attorney experienced in New York Labor Law (Sections 240/241) and construction accident litigation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a robust caseload of NY Labor Law and construction litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Partner closely with senior attorneys on case strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• JD active New York Bar
• 4 years of experience with NY Labor Law §§240/241 and construction litigation
• Strong civil defense background (motions, discovery, depos, etc.)
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage files independently while thriving in a team setting
• Experience in ADR or trial work is a plus
• Additional bar admissions (NJ, PA, etc.) are beneficial
