My client, a well-established litigation-focused law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in Automobile Liability and Premises Liability to join their New York team. This role is ideal for attorneys who is ready for hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to litigate complex matters in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a civil litigation caseload involving auto and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and legal memoranda
• Conduct comprehensive legal research
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Prepare for and attend hearings, conferences, and trials
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients and carriers

What We’re Looking For:

• JD active New York Bar admission
• 2–10 years of experience in automobile and premises liability litigation (defense preferred)
• Strong background in motions practice, discovery, and depositions
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage files independently while contributing to a team environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in courtroom and client-facing situations
