You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience while educating patients and families about treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps. Responsibilities:

Create an exceptional first impression by welcoming new patients and families and guiding them through the orthodontic consultation experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient exams, helping patients understand recommended treatment and what to expect throughout their orthodontic journey

Present orthodontic treatment plans and confidently explain financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options in a clear, patient-friendly manner

Build trust and strong relationships with patients and families to support treatment acceptance and create a positive experience

Partner closely with the Orthodontist and clinical team to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment start

Follow up with patients considering treatment to answer questions, overcome barriers, and support case acceptance

Coordinate treatment starts and ensure all required paperwork, consents, and financial arrangements are completed accurately

Track consultation outcomes, treatment acceptance, and key patient follow-up activities to support office goals

Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards

Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications:-
Sales experience is required

Previous orthodontic, dental, or treatment coordination experience preferred
