Key Responsibilities
- Keep guestfacing areas clean, orderly, and welcoming.
- Wash and organize dishes and glassware efficiently.
- Support frontofhouse staff as needed.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and functional work areas throughout service.
- Prior experience as a barback, busser, or dishwasher preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive, teamoriented attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
