Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes.
• Bus tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring that dining areas are clean and ready for the next guests.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
• Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
• Flexibility to assist in various roles within the kitchen as needed, including catering events or special functions.
