Key Responsibilities
- Review closing packages to ensure accuracy
- Identify missing or incomplete items and follow up promptly with appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate updates within internal systems
- Record documents and manage recording fees
- Accurately disbursing and reconciling files
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of processing or post-closing experience (title, escrow, or real estate transactions preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-service approach
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Experience with qualia is preferred
