As Simple Title Closing & Escrow continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our team.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in or have prior experience working within the Maine or New Hampshire real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
- Communicate and coordinate proactively with all parties throughout transactions
- Prepare, review, and finalize closing packages
- Prepare and manage closing documents using Qualia, and related real estate platforms
- Ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies to support overall team
- Post close files
- Skilled in identifying and implementing workflow improvements to increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of processing or paralegal experience (title, escrow, or real estate transactions preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their files
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-service approach
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Qualia is preferred
This job is in person, on site. Compensation is based on experience.
