Job description:
Megaloudis & Gakis PLLC, a well-established Lynn, Massachusetts law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney to join our team. We're looking for a motivated attorney to handle a client-focused practice covering business transactions, corporate law, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and liquor licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients on business formation, transactions, and corporate governance matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and asset purchase agreements
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchase/sale agreements, closings, title review)
- Assist clients with liquor license applications, renewals, and compliance
- Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with firm attorneys and staff
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in business/corporate law, real estate, or transactional practice
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (Salary based on experience)
