Position Summary:
The Commercial Cleaner will clean, sanitize, and help maintain Simon Pearce's commercial buildings in Quechee, VT and Windsor, VT. This role is available for part-time (benefits listed below) or full-time (full comprehensive benefits).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the Windsor and Quechee locations
- Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, break rooms
- Cleans floors and removes trash in office areas
- Cleans surfaces, glass partitions and doors, pendants, and floors in entrances/public spaces
- Cleans the retail and dining room floors
- Sanitizes all high touch surfaces throughout both locations in accordance with our safety protocols
- Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Available to work every other weekend
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
