Schedule: Primarily daytime hours; very few weekend days possible. Not every month.

J&J Commercial and Residential Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to pick up a few cleaning hours.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in walking away from a property knowing they made a difference. Someone who notices the fingerprints on the glass, the dust on the baseboard, or the hair behind the bathroom door without needing someone else to point it out.

Experience is great. Reliability, attitude and work ethic are even more important.

We'll teach the right person our systems and standards.

What Makes This Job Different?

You won't be cleaning the same building every day.

J&J is a full-service property company, so our cleaners work on a wide variety of properties throughout the Upper Valley, including:

• Residential homes
• Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
• Deep cleans
• Move-in/move-out cleans
• Commercial and office properties
• Post-construction cleaning
• Property resets and organization
• Occasional cleanouts and special projects

Some days you'll work with a team. Other days you may work more independently.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel between job sites throughout the Upper Valley
• Ability to work some weekends when needed(not often).
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift approximately 30–40 lbs when necessary
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work around pets in customer homes
• Ability to respect customer privacy and personal property

Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate.
