The Simon Pearce Restaurant is one of Vermont’s most iconic restaurants, featuring thoughtfully prepared, Vermont-inspired American cuisine served against the stunning backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge. The restaurant has been a beloved destination for nearly four decades, and we have many exciting changes in store for the future.

- Proven experience as a line cook (2 years of fine dining experience preferred) or culinary graduate from a recognized program.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
