Neuropsychological Practice Leader Opportunity Description
A well-established behavioral health organization, in the Greater WI area, is seeking a Neuropsychological Practice Leader (NPL) to guide and strengthen neuropsychological services across residential and outpatient programs. The role blends leadership and clinical practice, offering the opportunity to shape program development while maintaining a hands-on connection with clients through evaluation and consultation. The NPL will provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight to a team of psychologists and interns, while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional, evidence-based care. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. Neuropsychological Practice Leader Job Requirements:
- Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Wisconsin
- Internship and fellowship training in pediatric neuropsychology
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Lead and oversee all neuropsychological services across clinical programs
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to psychologists and clinical interns
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and consultations
- Collaborate with program leadership to develop and evaluate evidence-based practices
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and interdisciplinary clinical culture
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
