Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing multi-site Home Health and Hospice organization. This position is based in the Tucson AZ area. This is an in-office role. This person will oversee all financial budgeting, accounting, and revenue cycle functions. Senior level leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is required. Hospice experience is preferred. Excellent understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing reimbursement rules / regulations is required. Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements
- Multi-site senior financial leadership experience in Home Health. Hospice or Private Duty Home Care preferred.
- Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care billing reimbursement rules /regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required, CPA is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
- M&A or DiNovo experience a plus.
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities
- Financial oversight for all service lines.
- Improve billing and collections
- Lead, mentor, and build out billing team.
- Analyze data and metrics to improve processes, automations, financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
