Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to support and enhance an enterprise-wide risk management program. This individual will lead enterprise risk assessments, coordinate cross-functional risk management initiatives, and provide strategic risk insights to executive leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise risk management, excellent analytical skills, and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments evaluating governance, operational processes, and organizational capabilities.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate the annual enterprise risk assessment process, consolidating findings into executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Manage the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, including cross-functional coordination, documentation, timelines, and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare risk reports, executive summaries, and strategic analyses to support leadership decision-making and governance activities.
- Coordinate enterprise risk governance meetings by preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking action items.
- Identify emerging risk trends and cross-functional themes to support strategic planning and risk oversight.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by interpreting assessment results and communicating business impacts to leadership.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, and other stakeholders to align enterprise risk activities and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in industry risk management forums and professional working groups as appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement of enterprise risk management processes and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, management consulting, financial services, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide risk assessments and partnering with senior leadership.
- 7 years working in enterprise-level roles requiring cross-functional collaboration and independent decision-making.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance, and assessment methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory risk management and reporting, including ORSA or similar frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to improve productivity and business processes.
