What You'll Do
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to completion
- Support project managers and leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
- Assist with presentation preparation and status reporting for leadership review
- Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or project support role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); Copilot experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Prior experience in a PMO, project, or operations support function preferred
- Must be able to work onsite full-time
