We are seeking an experienced Contracts Generalist / Contracts Manager to support technology sourcing and strategic business operations in East Hanover, NJ. This is a hands-on role managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation and redlining through execution across technology, professional services, and telecom agreements.
You ll partner with Legal, Finance, and business leaders to negotiate commercial terms, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across major vendor and consulting relationships. The ideal candidate brings 8 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex professional service or SaaS agreements, strong business judgment, and expertise in telecom or technology delivery contracts (e.g., managed services, fixed-bid, or staff-augmentation).
