Overview:
We are seeking a Network Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience who can also support pre-sales and customer-facing activities. This role blends strong networking skills with the ability to communicate solutions to clients, partner with sales teams, and help drive technical opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and network security solutions.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales calls, demos, presentations, and technical scoping sessions.
- Assist in developing proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation for client engagements.
- Perform network assessments and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar platforms.
