- Drafting and negotiating complex professional service agreements with strategic partners and vendors
- Managing a wide variety of third-party relationships to support business strategies and technology initiatives
- Providing consultative support to senior management on legal, compliance, and financial issues
- Negotiating, closing, and managing arrangements to secure technology and product/service needs
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing financial and legal risks
- 8 years of experience in contract management or related roles
- At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex SaaS agreements
- Strong understanding of legal, compliance, and financial considerations in contracts
