We are a one-stop-shop that provides all creative services and production needs in-house and are known for on-time delivery, creativity, and outstanding quality.
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Experience: 5 years of apparel decoration experience required
We are looking for an experienced apparel decoration professional to support our Heat Transfer and Embroidery finishing departments. This position is hands-on and focused on completing garments accurately, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
Primary Responsibilities
- Print DTF transfers
- Apply heat transfers, patches, and specialty applications
- Assist with embroidery trimming and finishing
- Count and verify completed garments
- Steam, fold, tag, and prepare garments for completion
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Help keep Heat Transfer and Embroidery orders moving through the final production stage
- Provide additional department support and direction when regular leads are unavailable
Qualifications
- 5 years of apparel decoration experience required
- Experience with heat transfer, embroidery finishing, DTF, or similar decoration methods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to work independently and help support others when needed
This is not a primary lead position, but the employee should be experienced enough to serve as a backup support person when department leads are unavailable.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
