Signature Concepts, Inc., located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused professional to join our Customer Service Team. This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping customers.
For more than 35 years, Signature Concepts has provided corporate apparel, promotional products, creative services, and production support to companies and organizations. As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and help ensure their orders and program needs are handled accurately and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with orders, fulfillment program questions, and other service-related inquiries.
- Create, coordinate, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer programs and resolve order-related questions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to support order accuracy, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Support the promotion of special events and sales initiatives.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to customers clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and professionally by phone and email.
- PC proficiency and familiarity is a must.
- Ability to manage escalations and time-sensitive issues while staying focused on goals when unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints arise.
- Strong work ethic and highly dependable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
