Quality Control Technician (Injection Molding/Manufacturing)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on molded products
  • Use measurement tools and systems (including MicroVu) to verify product integrity
  • Conduct testing to evaluate part performance and durability
  • Document inspection results and analyze data for trends or issues
  • Investigate defects, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Compare products to print specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate quality records, including inspections, tests, and resolutions
  • Manage lot tracking, bin audits, and inventory movements
  • Assist with QC hold evaluations and product disposition

Quality & Process Improvement:

  • Support and improve quality control processes and inspection standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Work cross-functionally with production and engineering
  • Help train team members on quality standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in manufacturing quality (injection molding preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes
  • Ability to read and interpret prints/specifications
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
