What You’ll Do
- Lead a small team of molding and quality technicians on the production floor
- Help keep production running smoothly, adjusting priorities and solving problems in real time
- Train and support team members on processes, safety, and quality standards
- Track basic production data and keep operations organized
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and workflow
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing (injection molding preferred)
- Some leadership or informal team lead experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- A hands-on mindset - you’re comfortable working on the floor, not behind a desk
- Someone who takes initiative and follows through
