What You’ll Do:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain injection molding machines
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure product quality meets specifications and standards
- Support clean room and production best practices
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in plastic injection molding (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and quality-focused mindset
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
This role's normal pay range is $20 to $25 an hour
