What You’ll Do
- Lead technical efforts for relays, PCB transformers, and power modules, managing a team of 3–5 engineers.
- Serve as the bridge between customers and our design teams—solving application challenges and developing bespoke solutions.
- Identify new trends and product opportunities (EV, solar, smart home, industrial) and help drive early-stage innovation.
- Take ownership of compliance and certifications for our products in the North American market.
- Collaborate with general managers, design engineers in China, and global colleagues to translate ideas into successful product launches.
- Champion a culture of open communication in a fast-paced, flat organization where your voice matters.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering Required
- Experience in application engineering and/or new product development in relays, magnetics, or similar components.
- Outstanding communication, technical leadership, and customer interaction skills.
- Comfortable operating in a small, agile team—large corporate backgrounds are less ideal.
- Market knowledge in smart home, EV, energy, or industrial applications is a plus.
Salary : $240,000 - $260,000
