Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage catering services and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that reflects the quality of our establishment.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within fine dining or quick service fast food restaurants.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in managing financial transactions.
- Background in hospitality management, with an emphasis on training development and team leadership.
- Familiarity with catering operations is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is advantageous.
