What You’ll Do
- Own financial planning and rolling forecasts, turning data into clear insights and actions
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and drive leadership operating rhythms
- Manage workforce data, headcount planning, and organizational visibility
- Oversee vendor and contract tracking, ensuring accurate financial and resource alignment
- Support technology roadmap planning by connecting financials, workforce, and delivery timelines
Requirements
- 10 years in technology business management, finance, or operations
- Experience supporting senior leaders in large, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
- Executive-level communication skills and sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
