Contract ServiceNow Program Manager
Mainly Remote but will need to come into NYC office 2 times a month
ASAP/End Date: 12/31/26
This reports to the E.D. who runs the Governance Reporting Team. The mission is to roll back enhancements to the “out of the box” mode of Service Now. This is not a technical Program Manager but rather someone with experience doing Stand Ups for a PMO. Must be able to manage remotely.
You will work closely with the team that owns ServiceNow. Any implementation or experience with a global organization is a plus. This is a back-office project and candidate must understand how a PMO functions.
- Drive Service Now SPM Module Enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment
- Stand up project for realistic execution: project planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation, and working across multiple functions to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy
- Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain program’s RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups
- Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders as well as ownership of key working group meetings
- Indirect oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers
- Experience managing Service Now SPM and PMO standup and programs
- Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), must be able to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members
