The Accounts Receivable Manager will serve as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), managing all construction-related Accounts Receivable activities and driving process consistency across multiple project teams. The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Manager position will bring a strong background in construction billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts receivable processes, including preparation of construction-specific billing statements
- Partner closely with project managers to ensure accurate billing across hundreds of active projects each year
- Manage the full monthly billing cycle and ensure timeliness
- Handle client communications related to billing, building strong relationships and resolving issues quickly
- Support project managers and leadership with reporting and reconciliation
- Leverage construction software such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar and Accounts Receivable platforms to streamline workflows
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction accounts receivable required, with knowledge of progress billing formats such as AIA or similar
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage frequent interaction with both clients and project staff
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk, Sage, or other billing and project management tools, a plus
