The Role

The firm is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, review work, and help lead the tax team. This is a key role with real visibility and a clear path forward for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Review federal and state returns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
• Manage a portfolio of business, individual, and trust and estate clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and compliance matters
• Oversee engagements from planning through completion
• Train, mentor, and develop seniors and staff
• Work closely with partners on client strategy and firm growth

What They’re Looking For

• Strong public accounting tax background with review experience
• Experience with high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, and trusts and estates
• CPA strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and lead a team
• Excellent client communication skills
• Someone interested in long-term growth and taking on more responsibility over time
