What You'll Do
- Lead client tax engagements, overseeing compliance, reporting, and filings across industries.
- Drive tax strategy and planning to help clients optimize their positions.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire junior team members.
- Manage complex tax issues and research solutions with confidence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license (required).
- 5 years in public accounting, with leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax codes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience in real estate, hedge funds, or high-net-worth clients? Huge plus in this market.
- $135,000 - $160,000 salary, depending on experience.
