A large, well-established commercial drywall contractor is hiring a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Concord. They build out some of the most complex projects in the region - think hospitals, data centers, schools, industrial facilities, and major commercial work. About the role:
You'll be coordinating BIM models across a portfolio of high profile projects. Day to day, that means building and managing Revit models, running clash detection, working alongside project teams in the field and the office, and making sure the drywall scope integrates cleanly with every other trade on the job.
What we're looking for:
Solid hands on experience with Revit and BIM coordination workflows. You know your way around clash detection, model management, and coordinating with GCs and other trades. Commercial construction background is a big plus, especially if you've worked on healthcare, data center, or large institutional projects. You're organized, communicate well, and can hold your own in a coordination meeting.
