The Work
You'll split your time roughly 60/40 between tax and audit/assurance work (compilations and employee benefit plans). Our clients are interesting and varied: S-corps, LLCs, nonprofits, and closely held businesses across many industries. No SEC work, no government engagements, just substantive work for real businesses that value the relationship.
What You Bring
Three to seven years of public accounting experience, strong tenure in your prior roles, and exposure to both tax and audit. If you have to pick one strength, we lean toward tax. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
The Logistics
Hybrid schedule with two days per week in our Fairfield office. New hires spend their first six months fully in-office to build relationships, learn our approach, and get fully integrated with the team.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 based on experience, plus a generous bonus structure (typically around 10%). The firm covers 100% of benefit premiums. 401(k) with match. Summer Fridays. And a culture that actually means it when we talk about work/life balance.
