The Sr Financial Analyst plays a critical role in sector-level reporting and planning, partnering closely with finance leadership, sector executives, and corporate teams to shape strategy, forecasts, and business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role offering meaningful ownership of reporting processes, regular exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across planning, consolidation, and analytics.

• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly sector reporting packages for executive and sector finance leadership
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to leadership by providing insights, analysis, and forward-looking projections to support strategic decisions
• Lead and coordinate monthly close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting
• Prepare, consolidate, and evaluate budgets and forecasts throughout the year, incorporating strategic assumptions and scenario modeling
• Utilize Essbase and Hyperion tools to analyze, load, and validate financial data across Hyperion, SAP, and HFM systems
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports featuring KPIs and key financial metrics
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects that directly inform senior leadership and enterprise strategy
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy, improve efficiency, and strengthen planning and consolidation processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance and internal partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all reporting
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting within a large or complex organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for understanding the “why” behind the numbers
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail paired with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, and SAP strongly preferred
