- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual results and variance analysis.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly board reporting packages.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support financial statement analysis and reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to understand business performance and the "why" behind the numbers.
- Support capital allocation reporting and other strategic FP&A initiatives.
- Develop and improve reporting processes, tools, and models to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Take on increasing ownership of FP&A responsibilities as you develop within the role.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
- Ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems and technology.
- Experience with Power BI and/or basic SQL.
- Experience with a CPM/EPM platform s
- Experience using AI tools
