As a Member Service Associate, you'll be the first person our members and guests see when they walk through our doors. If you're energetic, dependable, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule Available

Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Approximately 28.5 hours per week

Starting Wage: $13.20/hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with outstanding customer service.
• Register members for memberships and programs.
• Answer questions and provide information about YMCA programs and events.
• Promote memberships and programs that meet members' needs.
• Assist with facility access and front desk operations.
• Handle cash transactions and balance your register.
• Build positive relationships with members while creating a safe, welcoming environment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is 18 years of age or older
• Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Is comfortable using computers
• Has cash-handling experience (preferred)
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, positive, and a team player
