This QA/QC role focuses on data management by assessing, reviewing, and supplying customers and municipalities with inspection assessments. Do you have excellent customer service focus? Do you enjoy problem solving? How about strategic and analytical games? Then this may be your new career!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with, review, and edit video media files for quality assurance
- Create and maintain accurate recordkeeping
- Manage complex projects through completion to include tracking and status updates while adhering to deadlines
- Review all data for discrepancies and bring findings forward to the appropriate individual(s)
- Act as liaison between internal customers and external clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Experience / Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent command of the language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees, management, outside vendors, and customers
- Ability to navigate various computer and IT systems e.g. Adobe premier, Microsoft suite
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with documents and files such as video media files
- Ability to analyze situations, gather appropriate facts, and determine appropriate action
- Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers, vendors, the public, and other personnel
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability, interest, and willingness to create tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Experience in customer service / retail / hospitality is helpful
