Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence (40%)
- Own all Power BI dashboards
- Build executive dashboards
- Develop KPIs for every department
- Maintain Microsoft Fabric
- Write SQL/DAX
- Create automated reporting
- Improve forecasting
- Business Systems (35%)
- Own NetSuite administration
- Manage Cantaloupe integrations
- Manage Lightspeed
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Evaluate and implement new software
- Eliminate manual processes
- IT Leadership (15%)
- Manage outsourced IT vendor
- Cybersecurity
- Hardware lifecycle
- Networking
- Vendor management
- User provisioning

What Experience we are looking for
- 5 or more years of experience in IT, information systems, ERP, business intelligence, or technology leadership
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing business software systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced IT providers
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, user provisioning, networking, and hardware and software lifecycle management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical vendors and non-technical business leaders
- Comfort translating technical concepts into plain language for operational and executive audiences
Preferred Experience in addition
- Power BI experience
- ERP platform experience (NetSuite or similar)
- Experience with SQL, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, food and beverage, or a multi-location business environment
- Exposure to systems integration projects
Compensation and Perks
- Base salary starting at $110,000 or higher, depending on experience
- Annual Bonus
